Reservations must be made up to 48 hours before the service and payment is required at the time of booking.
For airport transfers, travellers should provide detailed information such as flight number, schedule, origin or destination, accommodation address, passenger count and luggage details.
Flight changes should be reported at least 24 hours in advance.
For departures to the airport, the agreed pick-up time must be respected, and the driver will not wait more than 60 minutes after the scheduled time.
Cancellations made 72 hours in advance have no penalty, cancellations made 48 hours in advance incur a 50% penalty, and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are non-refundable.
