During the workshop, you will learn the secrets behind the perfect pastel de nata: the thin, crisp puff pastry layers, the creamy egg custard and the precise baking technique that creates the iconic caramelised top.
While your pastries bake, you can enjoy a coffee, tea or glass of Port wine and share a relaxed moment with your hosts. At the end, you taste your own freshly baked pastéis de nata.
